Services Breakdown

PROPELLER OVERHAUL

All propellers are overhauled by factory trained technicians with OEM parts, paints and consumables. We never use PMA unless specifically requested to by the customer.

Utilising OEM approved items ensure your propeller is operated as the manufacturer stipulates and will ensure flight safety but also aircraft serviceability and readiness.

PROPELLER SALES

Being OEM approved and also one of the World’s largest General Aviation propeller overhaul facilities, we have a huge stock holding of both parts and new propellers.

If we do not have it on the shelf, we can utilise our OEM connections to ensure we can supply it quickly and cost effectively. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with your RFQ.

PROPELLER REPAIR

Our technicians travel the world supporting customers with their propeller repair requirements. If you are located in Scotland or Africa, we can be with you in quick time to support any AOG requirement.

Alternatively, we can receive your propeller into our workshop and support you from our 18,000 sq,ft facility in Bedfordshire, England.

CAPABILITIES

We are APPROVED & RECOMMENDED by Hartzell Propeller, MT-Propeller, McCauley Propeller & Sensenich Propeller to support both Aluminium, and Composite propellers.

In addition to this scope, we support vintage Hamilton Standard & Fairey Reed propellers for some wonderful classic aircraft.

OEM APPROVALS

We hold approval to replace leading edges on MT & Harztell Composite propellers. This is a FACTORY APPROVAL requirement and cannot be carried out by all facilities.
